<div class="article" itemprop="articleBody">Krajská prokuratúra proti návrhu vydala protest, keďže mu chýbal celý program starostlivosti a opatrenia vyplývajúce z nového míľnika európskeho plánu obnovy.<br />

„Urobili úplne banálnu chybu. Vedenie národného parku si neprečítalo ani len základné náležitosti, ktoré musí obsahovať zonácia, aj so všetkými prílohami. Je to totálny trapas,“ hovorí Milan Olekšák z iniciatívy My sme Les a bývalý riaditeľ Slovenského krasu.<br />
<br />
Navrhnutú zonáciu TANAP-u odborníci a ochranári ostro kritizovali. Znižoval ochranu prírody v národnom parku a nespĺňal zákonné požiadavky ani medzinárodné záväzky na ochranu biotopov.<br />
<br />
Procesom zonácie postupne prechádzajú všetky slovenské národné parky. Okrem toho, že má uľahčiť správu parku, je podmienkou pre ôsmu platbu z plánu obnovy.<br />
<br />
Päť národných parkov už má zonáciu hotovú, prebieha zonácia najstaršieho - Tatranského národného parku, Národného parku Malá Fatra a Polonín.<br />
